Amazing attorney. Even when the prosecution didn’t want to budge on an 18 year old who was charged for trespassing because his father died so he slept in an empty house and he was homeless so he didn’t know when he was supposed to go to court and had no way to get there, we were able to get him back on probation and into our home where he will get the help and care he needs. The prosecution wanted to put a child who fell through the cracks in jail for 6 months on petty charges to make an example of him. Restorative justice is the answer, NOT prison, in cases like these. Thanks to Mr. Steinberg and his no-nonsense approach, this boy has a chance at a real future. Thank you Mr. Steinberg. We couldn’t have done this without you. In fact Mr. Steinberg inspired me to go back and finish law school (and made me realize I should have finished it years ago). Amazing, responsive, and very professional. Been meaning to write this. Philip handled my divorce a couple of seasons ago. He is very good, very ethical, very thorough, very practical, calm, in short, all the good stuff you are looking for in an attorney. What can I say about Phil..... I like to consider myself a google attorney or expert, meaning I try to research most things including law. Before I spoke to Phil, I researched the heck out of my divorce and had an idea of how things should go. The next step was interviewing attorneys. The process is simple do an interview on situation then speak with attorney. Most attorneys give you a few minutes, I didn't like this rushed approach. Others would play their cards close to chest, meaning they didn't want to discuss what they thought about the case. When I spoke with Phil he was neither of these things. It was a breath of fresh air. I was able to get a little meat on my plate. I interviewed a few others and learned from my conversations that Phil was not only knowledgeable but, reasonable. During the next couple of months working with Phil there were times that I wanted to pull my hair out. Phil is all about business. Phil isn't the most agreeable. Divorces are hard all the way around. At one point I was thinking of letting him go and he expressed in so many words that I would be a fool to do so. He was right. The end result was Phil did an amazing job. Better than I had hoped. His closing arguments seamed as if the had been crafted Shakespeare himself.
